Measure the time spent selling

A larger bag helps when frequent trips interrupt collection. A 50% capacity increase does not automatically mean 50% more hay per minute: filling the larger bag also takes time. Enter your measured capacity, gathering rate and selling trip in the upgrade planner to compare complete cycles.

If selling takes almost no time, carrying more has little effect on sustained collection in that model. Compare Forkmaster when gathering, rather than travel, is the delay. Check whether the live bonus applies to your current bag before calculating an upgrade.

A fixed-budget probability example

The table assumes independent attempts at the reported rate with 40 Gems per attempt and no pity system. It is a calculation, not a promise or a measurement of the game.

Use 1 − (1 − p)ⁿ, where p is the probability per attempt and n is the attempts you can afford. Keeping a reserve lowers the attempt count. Previous misses do not change the next attempt in this conditional model.
